Stylish sanctuary in W Seattle

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We love hosting, having done it for 10+ years now! We’re excited to be opening up our own family home again for the beautiful new mother in law unit we had custom built to welcome guests and family alike. The space We completely redesigned this lower level as we added our third floor. It had previously been our offices and laundry and we wanted a beautiful space for family, friends, and guests to enjoy. Two good sized bedrooms, a master with a fireplace and luxury bathroom en suite. A second bathroom in the common space along with a beautiful brand new kitchen and cozy living room. While we hope you’ll get out to explore, it’s a pretty great place to call home too;) Guest access Access to entire unit aside from any locked owners areas. Other things to note - Most likely street parking, though please let us know if you’d like to charge your EV (we have J1772 chargers). - We do live in the city so there is some traffic, though our favorite neighborhood noise is the ferry coming and going. - Sauna takes 30-45 min to heat up so please plan accordingly. - During busy times our cleaners may need to leave items drying in the dryer - guests may use the dryer but are asked to place clean items in hamper provided. - We have kids and a dog so while we’ll try to be mindful of noise, we will be sharing a multi unit home 🏠. We respect quiet hours but our kiddos do need a home to call their own. For this reason we may not be ideal for many days working from home and folks who don’t want to explore.
