Accessibility - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area and sits at the top of a steep road. To access the villa there is a path which is 75cm wide alongside 23 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 111cm wide. The villa grounds are relatively flat and tiled with an area of artificial grass. The area leading to the BBQ is crazy paved, with 3 steps up. The BBQ sits on gravel ground. The pool itself requires step access. Inside, there are 5 steps leading from the kitchen to bedroom 1. Each step is 16cm in height. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 75cm, whilst the ensuite door is 66cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 84cm wide.
