Its superb veranda overlooking the landscaped garden with swimming pool filled with water and heated from May 1 to September 30 make it a unique place. The space 3-star classified house of 140 m², comprising: - Private parking for 2 cars. - Entrance with walk-in closet. - Furnished kitchen. - Pool table and living room with smart TV. - Air-conditioned veranda with dining area, bar and smart TV. - Furnished terrace (sofa, table, barbecue, sun umbrella). - Secure outdoor swimming pool. - An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed. - One bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, not air-conditioned, but a fan is available. - One bedroom with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into 2x80 cm beds and an 80 cm bed. It is not air-conditioned, but a fan is available. - 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 toilets. This allows the sunscreen to be properly absorbed into the skin and prevents its residue from making the water cloudy.
