Banksia Bungalow

Offered for the first time, our fantastic beach bungalow is a haven for creating lasting holiday memories – from sunrise swims or surfs every day, to sunset walks on the headland and the dull roar of the ocean each night - we simply love it and we know you will too. Our home has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps nine comfortably with a large outdoor deck and pool off the main family room, perfect for lounging around after a day at the beach. Available over Christmas and New Year period. The space This is a fully equipped family home in the heart of beautiful Cabarita Beach. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV and ensuite. There is also a small desk if you need to jump on your laptop. There are four downstairs bedrooms, three with double beds and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and space for a travel cot. The family bathroom has a bath and shower with a separate toilet. The laundry area has a washer and dryer with clothes line just outside. The modern open plan living and kitchen area has all the mod cons including a dishwasher, tall fridge / freezer with water dispenser, kettle, toaster and plates / dining utensils. The TV is hooked up for wifi and there is a Sonos speaker you can hook up to as well. The rear family room has bifold doors which opens up to an outdoor decked area with sun lounge, outdoor settee adjacent to a 8 metre swimming pool. At the rear of the garden is an undercover patio with BBQ and bar stools and table, the perfect outdoor entertaining space. There is centrally controlled air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout for those warmer evenings. Small pets on request only. Other things to note Walking distance to many coffee shops, Woolworths, Pub, Bowls Club, Surf Club and all the great venues the town now offers such as Halcyon House, No. 35 and the Burrow.
