The space ■ Access to the Room You can reach the room in 2 minutes on foot from Honmachi Station on the Midosuji Line and in 8 minutes from Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station on the Sakaisuji Line. An elevator is available, and the environment is quiet at night. ■ Access to Nearby Tourist Areas Convenient access by train to Umeda, Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, Namba, Universal Studios Japan (USJ), Osaka Castle, Kyoto, and Kansai Airport. Umeda: 9 minutes or less by one line Shinsaibashi: 2 minutes Nipponbashi: 5 minutes or less by one line Universal Studios Japan (USJ): 30 minutes by train ■ Accommodation Capacity The room can accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 1 double bed and 4 single beds (including bunk beds). ■ Amenities Kitchen, washing machine with dryer, microwave, toaster, cutlery, knives, cutting board, and dishes. ■ Bathroom Bathtub, shower, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. Guest access You will have the entire place to yourself, so feel free to use all the rooms. Other things to note * In accordance with legal regulations, after confirming your stay, we will require the presentation of passports for all guests, as well as disclosure of their names, addresses, and occupations. If this information is not provided, we may refuse check-in or the stay itself. Thank you for your understanding. (For Japanese guests, presenting a passport is not necessary. Only the names, addresses, and occupations of all guests are required.) * Each guest will receive one bath towel and one face towel. ★ If towels or linens are used in excess of the number of guests, additional charges will apply. ★ If there is a sudden late check-out without prior agreement, a fee of 10,000 yen will be charged as a violation. * If the room is deemed excessively messy and normal cleaning efforts are insufficient, additional charges may apply (starting from 4,000 yen). Additionally, disposal of oversized garbage will incur a fee (starting from 3,000 yen). ★ Please return the keys to their original location at check-out. A fee will be charged for lost keys (starting from 20,000 yen). ★ In the event of damage or loss, we may charge for the cost of the item plus any additional handling fees or necessary expenses. ★ Smoking is prohibited indoors. If the smell of smoke permeates the room, it can be difficult to remove, and the next guest may request to move to a different facility. We may charge for damages related to such smoking incidents. ★ For maintenance of room facilities or in emergencies, staff may need to enter the room using a spare key during your stay.
