Enjoy staying in this modernist architectural home with gorgeous views of the mountains in Cave Creek, AZ. This two bedroom two bathroom home embraces the open living concept as rooms are divided by carefully placed walls that open to floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass windows that blur the boundaries between the interior and exterior. A simple pallet contrasted by bright colors sets the tone for this desert modernist dream filled with iconic furniture pieces and and modern conveniences. The home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking, laundry, main living/dining room, and den with TV and streaming services. Take advantage of either the outdoor or interior shower, both with views of the desert sky, or enjoy a bath in the master soaking tub. Spend evenings on the breezeway patio taking in the beautiful sunsets or enjoying an early morning coffee and sunrise. Just a short walk into the center of the town of Cave Creek where you’ll find live music, restaurants, bars, shopping, and hiking. This home is an architect’s own home, filled with art, books, and unique furniture. We ask that you respect the architectural significance of this space as you enjoy dwelling in award winning architecture for a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Given that this is a unique piece of architecture, there are no shades or interior doors except for one that accesses the guest bathroom. A screen is provided for privacy to the Master Bathroom and bathrobes are provided for your comfort. A weber charcoal grill is also available for cooking, however, because of the desert and and potential for wildfires, we ask that you do not leave the grill unattended and that you do not use the grill on windy days. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire living quarters of the home and carport. Carport parking is for vehicles no taller than 6’-6”. If your vehicle is taller than this (large trucks, sprinter vans, or lifted vehicles) we ask that you do not park in carport to avoid damaging the fire sprinklers or home. Free wifi, access to streaming services, and electric car charging is also available for use. The lower level office and storage room will not be accessible. Other things to note Guests should be aware of potential construction noise in the area due to neighboring homes under construction.  The home is available for commercial photography with permission from the owner - please contact us prior to your stay if interested. Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed on site. An additional fee is charged for pets. Dog bowls are provided and we ask that you clean up after your little buddies out of respect for our property and our neighbors. Cats are not permitted due to allergies. Tesla charging is available. However, other electric cars are more than welcome to charge. Please ensure your car can receive 60A 240V and you use the correct 50A NEMA plug if using your own.
