In the lovingly furnished apartment, a cozy living room, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a separate bedroom area await you. The windows are equipped with (blackout) pleated blinds. 🛏️ Sleeping options: The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm wide double bed and is perfect for couples or two people. Please note that the sleeping area is not separated from the living room by a door, but has been designed to be open. It is also possible to provide an extra bed. 🎬 Amenities: TV with Fire TV stick - own Amazon account required (access to own Netflix account, media libraries of public broadcasters and private broadcasters for a fee) Air conditioning with individual temperature setting – ensures pleasant room temperatures even in summer Small balcony with seating – ideal for relaxing in the evening or during the day 🌳Surroundings & activities: The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Siebengebirge recreational area and the Ennert – perfect for hikes, walks or bike tours. A key box with a number code is available for flexible arrivals and departures. Parking is available on the quiet street right in front of the apartment.
