Cabin with outdoor sitting and garden

Foldable cabin (transportable in a pickup truck), just 8 x 8 Sq Feet, with attached washroom. Strictly not for people looking for large spacious room. No AC, but have fan sufficient for cabin and all other necessary electricals with inverter backup. Decent garden and outdoor sitting. Stay is suitable for solo travelers and max 2 guests who intentionally choose to stay in a small cabin, inclined towards just what is needed, looking to avoid distractions and to cut back on spending. The space Our home in the same premises but this portable cabin has separate entry/exit and private garden. Guests will have their privacy. It is a very compact cabin (90 Sq Ft), with private attached washroom. It has Sofa-Cum-bed (Queen Size). Guests will have good outdoor sitting. All good cafes/restaurants/tourist places/malls within 15-20 minutes drive. Swiggy/Zomato delivers. Great surroundings for bird watching. We serve only veg food and only veg food is allowed from outside also. Guest access Guests will have access to their private cabin and entire garden space. Other things to note Loud music not allowed. Parties/events not allowed. Smoking not allowed inside the room. Guests can smoke in garden. Valid Govt ID of all members is required at the time of check-in. Guests can use pantry for making tea/coffee/soup/maggi. Basic ration is always in store. Guests will be provided with one set of towels and linen at the time of check-in, so please use it judiciously. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged extra to the guest. When not in use, keep electrical appliances switched off. Do let us know immediately if anything is malfunctioning, so it can be rectified at earliest or replaced or an alternative arrangement can be made. Any damage or missing items will need to be paid for by the guest before departure. Do take care of your children. Do take care of your belongings. Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Laundry available at extra charge. Room heater (optional) charged at 100 INR per day. No arrangement at property for drivers/servants. Enjoy the place, as you are on vacation. We would be glad to help you in every way possible. Lastly, we are of the opinion that it is an equal relationship between host and guest. Please maintain the decorum. If you need any help, we will be always available. Property is strictly not for: Boys only group. People who use abusive language as a way of life. Someone who is addicted to grand luxurious hotel rooms. It is a cosy cabin with all basic amenities intact. Non veg food not allowed at property.
