A smaller cottage, built in 1973, it is comfortable, with direct private lake access across a low traffic road. Sitting up on a slight hill, it has lovely views of the lake. Enjoy the warmer waters of an in-land lake, beautiful sunsets, and great fishing. Come and enjoy beautiful Mantoulin Island and one of its most beautiful lakes, Lake Mindemoya. * mobility issues ? The cottage sits on a hill and will be challenging if land gradation changes are a challenge. The space If you are looking for a place to enjoy a little time away this is a great space. It is small (393sq ft) but it has everything you will need and it is clean. Enjoy the sunsets from the cottage or down on the dock. The cottage has a back deck, where you can BBQ, and chairs to relax in. Guest access As a guest you have access to the cabin, the yard, deck,and across the road to the lake there is a deck and dock for you to enjoy. Other things to note Once you book we have a house manual to reference and help your stay be as enjoyable as the weather allows. No Wifi, however there is cell signal, and a cafe in Mindemoya (5 min drive) and a cafe in Providence Bay (15 min drive) that offer free WiFi if you need to reconnect to digital world.
