Barbati Beta MiniVilla enjoys a truly stunning prime location just a couple of steps away from the famous beach of Barbati, well known for its crystal clear waters, glorious sunny weather, glamorous beach bars. Built with comfort and style in mind and totally renovated, Barbati Beta MiniVilla can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom + spacious lounge. The space Thanks to its large private wide terraces (both at front and at rear), sweet garden, air-conditioned interiors, close proximity to amenities of any kind (including a shared swimming pool), this is the perfect choice for all those couples (or small families) looking for a superior holiday experience without the need to rely constantly on a car: being located in second line from the seafront, no steep walks are required to get to/from the beach! Inside, the house is set over 1 floor (split level) and has been carefully designed for summer living. The interiors, compact and functionals, are classy and newly redecorated. Huge windows provide plenty of natural light and an airy feeling. Entrance, via the private garden, is onto the spacious and air-conditioned lounge with adjoining kitchen / dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, wi-fi internet connection, patio doors leading to the terrace at the front (equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining). The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The bedroom area (which can be separated from the lounge thanks to a set of sliding doors) has direct access to the rear terrace. There is a double bed that can be split into 2 twin beds according to the preferences of the guests. Fitted wardrobes are also available. There is a functional shower room, located next to the bedroom area. Outside, the large terraces of the villa, furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, are the perfect setting for outdoor living all summer long pampered by the gentle sound of the waves (BBQ is also available). The garden at the side is also furnished with table and chairs, and has beautiful flowers and bougainvillea. Guests staying at Barbati Beta MiniVilla also has access to a large, beachfront communal pool located 250m from the house, which also features a great poolside restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner (a la carte). The pool is open from the 1st of May until the 31st of October (as the pool is run by an independent company, please be so kind to verify prior booking the information about opening dates when traveling in low season). Yet, with such a perfect beach just 100m from your doorstep, the choice between sea and pool will be really hard! Private, reserved parking for 1 car is available on the premises. Laundry facilities with washing machine / dryer are also available. FOR LARGER PARTIES: Barbati Beta Minivilla can be combined together with any of the other 2 properties we manage (which are located next door): Barbati Alfa MiniVilla and Barbati Gamma MiniVilla (sleeping 4 people each). Just contact us for more details. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
