Description
A detached villa bordering the Sierra Tejeda Natural Park, with magnificent views of the sea and mountains and within a botanical garden project. It is a very cozy high-altitude place in a forest with great peace and tranquility, ideal as a getaway and retreat, in a splendid environment of nature, fresh air and sun. It is also very close to Sedella, which you can walk to, and with good accessibility to the other villages, the coast and the cities of Malaga and Granada. The space The villa is a country house with large windows, very bright and has three bedrooms for 5 people with electric oil heaters. The main room has a double bed; the second, two single beds with separate exit to the garden; and the third, with a single bed. The living room and dining room are spacious and have a seating area with armchairs, a small work table and internet connection throughout the house and the attached porches. It also has a large window with access to the outside where, from the inside, you can see the garden and the views and a cast iron wood-burning fireplace, which heats the entire room during the winters. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and the bathroom shower has hot water from solar energy and butane gas. Guest access The villa has a private garden of about 600 m2 with three porches and a large rooftop terrace, and includes a barbecue area, a main porch and the entrance porch to the house with a sink and an extra outdoor hot water shower. In the entrance area there is a rest area with hammocks. The private garden is located within a space attached to a natural botanical garden project. Currently, with a hectare and a half of project, it already has a collection of more than 200 different species of trees and shrubs. Interested vacationers can visit some of its areas. The entire access lane to the villa is paved up to the parking lot itself. Both inside the house and on the porches there is a wifi connection. Other things to note Sedella is one of the white villages immersed in the Sierra Tejeda and Almijara Natural Park that make up the well-known Mudéjar Route of the Axarquía, a cultural journey through these mountain lands full of history, tradition and legend where the best samples of Andalusian architecture in the area are treasured. Access to the Natural Park is direct from the entrance to the villa where the parking lot is located and connects with various routes through the mountain, with valleys and beautiful clear water streams. Highlights include the climb to the peak of the Maroma at 2068 meters altitude and the famous El Saltillo Route of the Great Path of Malaga, which they call the second little path of the King, with a suspension bridge, walkways, water pools and descent of ravines.
