Nice view and comfortable space. - This is a private apartment just for you. - It has 3 air conditioners and private wifi with high speed (150-200mbps) - Very soundproof, quiet and comfortable door and wall system - The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with private bathroom, king size bed, soft 20cm mattress. Desk with comfortable chair and dressing table and television. Large storage closet. - The second bedroom has a king size bed, 20cm soft mattress, desk and clothes hanging cabinet with city view and sea + city view. - Spacious living room with a dining table 4 chairs. A mattress sofa with a size of 2m and a large television with a balcony overlooking the sea and the city. - Spacious kitchen (with full of basic cooking utensils such as pans, pots, pans, bowls, plates, knives, forks,..) induction cooker, smoke extractor, microwave, fridge, rice cooker,...very suitable for extended vacation. we will prepare basic things, if you need anything more, please let us know by messaging us. - The bathroom is fully equipped with hot water, shower, some personal hygiene products like hotels. - The bed is a King size bed with a soft 20cm thick mattress. - Private and modern designer washing machine and clothes drying area. - The swimming pool on the 30th floor is open from 6am-6pm with a ticket price of 100,000 VND/use, 1,250 million/month. or you can buy breakfast combo + swimming pool only 89,000 VND. Lunch + pool combo is only 139,000 VND. The gym is right in the building for 1,250 million VND/month. Guest access - You can use the whole space in the house. Kitchen cooking, washing machine for free inside unit - You can also park the car in the whole house, the price of motorbike parking is 10,000vnd/day and 170,000vnd/month - The ticket price to use the pool is 100,000 VND/person/time to use or you can buy breakfast combo + swimming pool only 89,000 VND/person. Lunch + pool combo is only 139.000vnd/person. - The price of the ticket to use the swimming pool + gym is 2,500,000 VND/month and can be bought 1 person for 1 person. - If you only buy a ticket to use the pool, the ticket price is 1,250,000 VND/month - If you only buy a gym pass for 1 month is 1,250,000vnd - For long bookings, my pavilion manager will come once a week to clean and change new linens for you for free. You can use the washing machine to wash your own towels and clothes. If you guys need us to change the towels, please pay 100,000 VND to the cleaning staff.
