However there is a laundry place only a few meters from the condo Other things to note Pool cleaning Monday and Thursday 12pm There is Kool Beach club located near the condo which does play music during some days. It can be heard at the condo but not within the bedrooms of the penthouse. The parking is not secured, so do not leave any valuable belongings in your car. Visits are subject to the maximum capacity of the unit. The authorized visiting hours are 10am to 7pm and must be register at the reception. Please make sure to return your bracelets to reception upon check out. A penalty of $10 USD per missing bracelet will apply otherwise. In case of complaints about noise in the unit or or damage to the condominum the following warnings will be given: 1 warning: the guest will be notified that he or she is infringing the the regulations and or in case of continuing: 2 warning: the electrical services is suspended from 1 to 4 hours into discretion of the reeption or security and a penalty of 150usd Zero tolerance of noise after 12am penalty of 200usd The presence of sargassum occurs mainly during the warmer months. It is not our responsibility to notify guests of the presence or absence of the algae prior to arrival.
