The round and blue house

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or to enjoy as a family. Villa de Vicar is very quiet village surrounded by mountains in the heart of nature. From the house you have beautiful views from the back porch to enjoy a glass of wine while watching sunset or breakfast in the morning sun. Anytime is perfect for walking through its streets or walking to the laundry room. We look forward to seeing you! The space The cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom equipped with a shower and everything I describe in detail in the photos, a small living room with an iron fireplace, the sofa bed is perfect for 2 children to sleep (the price/ night has a surcharge for more than 2 guests, check rates). Once you open the sofa, it takes up almost the entire space but it is very comfortable to sleep in it. The house is equipped with everything you need. The house is equipped with everything you need. In the kitchen there is a small fridge with small freezer (as for ice and little more) , microwave, in vitro, hand blender...etc. In the bathroom there is the electric heater, as described in the photo, it is convenient to give the switch when arriving, it takes half an hour to warm up. The Termo gives for 2 showers at a time without recreation or 1 normal :). The whole house has rounded walls and the floor is handmade natural mud each piece as well as the bathroom and kitchen tiles, they are all artisans. The house's original beams were partially rehabilitated and others were replaced. As a curiosity... I bought this house in 2007... the renovation of these 48 meters of housing was about 1 ½ years and a half and it was a very special project for me... I was not in a hurry because this house at the moment helped me recover the illusion for all the little things that life offers us. In it I spent very nice moments with my daughter, we came on the weekends to enjoy the countryside and to be together playing and exploring the village, doing boat races in the ditch and thousands of things...I am convinced that this house is also a bit responsible for the nice relationship we have as our mother and daughter today. As a couple it's also a very special house, it's so small that you have everything you need but at the same time it makes you see that little is needed to enjoy life. The house counts with air conditioning in living room (cold and heat pump), blue heat plate and the socket stove also in the living room. It is cool in summer due to its thick walls and immediately heats up in winter. Guest access On the back porch there are 2 armchairs to enjoy the views, the back is a bed that is open to the right to the countryside and on the left you can see that the neighbor (casita attached to mine) has its furniture as he enjoys his trout as well. The space between both homes is not delimited because the entire back part is considered a public step, but however, we respect the other's enjoyment space and both are quite spacious. Below the porch at height passes a ditch and a couple of times a day it's very nice to sit while you hear the noise of the water running. Other things to note Antonio's bar in the square is the only establishment in the village, it is open from Thursday to Sunday, they cook incredible all kinds of traditional food and the most comfortable thing is to take care of the food if you want to enjoy it at home or go there to eat. Antonio also sells bread and basic things of fruit, vegetables and preserves, sugar, etc...but to make the purchase it is better to bring it from the super, the closest is a Mercadona that is only a 7 min drive (4.5 km from home). The villa is 2 minutes away from the exit of the A-7 motorway, just 10 minutes from Aguadulce (11 km) 18 minutes from Almeria capital (21 km) which allows you to stay at the Villa and go down to the beach to Aguadulce or Roquetas if you feel like it and then enjoy the night quietly at home. In summer there are always a couple of degrees less in at dusk. In winter, if you're up for it, you can enjoy the lively areas of Roquetas, Aguadulce with its marina or Almeria with all its tourist offer just 15 minutes away and all the tranquility of the Villa to rest in complete silence.
