Street parking only, with a public parking garage only 2 blocks away. Guest access Standalone unit with no sharable spaces and separate street level entrance with no stairs. Street parking. On a one way street. Follow street signs for parking rules: Starting at 8am on M-W-F Left side (same side as apartment) and starting at 8am on Tues-Thur-Sat-Sun right side of street. Public parking lot two blocks away and other streets close-by (if needed). Other things to note There are tenants in the unit above. We have taken steps to mitigate noise transmission between floors, but impossible to completely soundproof a home of this age. Having said that, the tenants are quiet and considerate people.
