Complementary WiFi, and smart TV’s The space Open kitchen. Master bedroom has king bed and full bathroom. Next bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is also a baby pack and play available for use. Guest access You will have access to the whole property except the garage Other things to note Hot tub can be used year round if wanted. Pool can be heated for additional fee. The pool is unsupervised and not fenced; if there are any children using the pool it is the tenant’s responsibility to provide proper supervision to users. Pool cleaner comes every Wednesday. Waterfall and pool lights are scheduled to come on daily and can be changed per your needs. There is only streaming for the TVs in the house. NO overnight parking on the street, only in the driveway. Security cameras in the front of house and facing the gate and pool equipment area. Trash cans need to be put out on Tuesday night for Wednesday pickup. Must be 25 to rent the home. No smoking or vaping in the house. There are no pets allowed. (Minimum $500 fine) No smoking inside the home. (Minimum $1000 fine) Pool/hot tub equipment may not be tampered with. Check out time is 11am. Guests that stay past the checkout time will be charged a $75 late check out fee.
