The space This inviting West Hills offers a spacious layout and an array of amenities. The four bedrooms are elegantly furnished, each featuring a luxurious queen bed and a personal TV. One bedroom doubles as a functional office space, perfect for remote work. The living room is a hub for entertainment with a grand 75-inch TV and comfortable seating for over 10 guests. A notable feature is the pool table, adding a touch of recreation and fun to the space. The kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting a modern design with a gas stove and an impressive island range hood, making meal preparation a pleasure. However, the backyard steals the show with its enchanting setup. String lights adorn the pool area, creating a magical ambiance. The above-ground jacuzzi, BBQ zone, and outdoor seating area complemented by fig and orange trees offer a perfect space for relaxation and hosting gatherings. This property seamlessly combines luxury, comfort, and entertainment, promising an unforgettable stay for guests. Guest access All four luxurious bedrooms, each equipped with queen beds, personal TVs, and the option of using one room as a functional office space. The spacious living room, furnished with a 75-inch TV, comfortable seating, and a pool table for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen featuring a stylish island, gas stove, and modern amenities for culinary needs. The highlight: the enchanting backyard oasis with a pool, above-ground jacuzzi, BBQ area, outdoor seating, and the serene ambiance of the fruit-laden fig and orange trees. Guest shall have access to all the above. Other things to note This house is located in West Hills area close to Roscoe Blvd and Fallbrook. - Heated pool can be used all time of the year with additional of $100 per night to cover the gas bill. Please note the heater only will be on for the entire duration of your stay and it will not be certain days of your stay. Also the water temperature will be between 77-79 Fahrenheit degrees while heated. - The hot tub can be made available for guests' use, however, as it requires certain preparation, there will be an additional charge associated with it while it also needs to be coordinated with the host at least 48 hours prior to arrival. - we have weekly pool and garden maintenance every Monday and every Thursday. They aren’t going to give a notice prior to their entrance to the backyard. Distances: To LAX (Los Angeles International Airport): Approximately 30 miles, which can take around 30 minutes to an hour or more depending on traffic. To Downtown LA: Roughly 30 miles, taking approximately 40 minutes to over an hour depending on traffic. To Nearby Mall (e.g., Westfield Topanga & The Village): Estimated around 3-5 miles, roughly 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. To Nearby Food Places: These can vary widely and are numerous in the vicinity of West Hills. Local restaurants and eateries may be within a 1-5 mile range, approximately 5-15 minutes of driving time. Hollywood Walk of Fame: Approximately 20-25 miles, which can take around 30-45 minutes to over an hour or more depending on traffic. Griffith Observatory: Roughly 25-30 miles, taking approximately 45 minutes to over an hour depending on traffic. Santa Monica Pier: Around 15-20 miles, taking roughly 30-45 minutes, but travel times can significantly increase during peak traffic hours. The Getty Center: Approximately 10-15 miles, taking around 20-30 minutes, though this can vary based on traffic conditions. Universal Studios Hollywood: Roughly 20-25 miles, taking approximately 30-45 minutes to over an hour depending on traffic.
