The Bower Bird Cottage has two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The cottage offers landscaped gardens, verandah and off street and undercover parking. So many spaces to sit and relax or venture into one of the many historic villages of the Southern Highlands. The cottage is located on the corner of the main road (and Cliff Street) entering Bowral township. Located close by is the train line. There is traffic and train activity during the day - this reduces during the evening. The cottage is located within a residential area with permanent local residents surrounding the cottage. Guest access Guests will have access to the complete cottage. The cottage is a semi detached property which shares a common wall with the neighbours. There is no internal access into the dwelling next door. The cottage is located on the corner of the main road (and Cliff Street) entering Bowral township. Located close by is the train line. There is traffic and train activity during the day - this reduces during the evening. The cottage is located within a residential area with permanent local residents surrounding the cottage. Other things to note There is a strict NO party policy. The building shares a common wall with neighbouring residence and consideration to noise is appreciated by all enjoying the cottage. The property remains our home also, we happily share it with you and appreciate the respect of the contents and surroundings that this property provides. During your stay there are a variety of nature and historic walks. Places of interest include Bradman museum, Ngununggula Southern Highlands Regional Gallery and other gallery and exhibition spaces, garden displays and a variety of wineries. There is an invigorating walk to the Mt Gibraltar lookout located at the top of Cliff Street. A magnificent way to start or end your day in the Highlands. The close proximity of Bowral township enables you an easy walk to town, the swimming pool, and numerous cafes and restaurants.
