The 'Lario' three-room apartment is located in an ancient private courtyard, available to guests, in the historic center of Cernobbio, a stone's throw from Villa Erba and Villa d'Este, very close to Como and Switzerland. Completely renovated and furnished and equipped with air conditioning, it is particularly suitable for extended stays, families, even large ones, and groups of friends. In the immediate vicinity, bars, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, playground and swimming pool. The space The three-room apartment ‘Lario’ is equipped with Air conditioning, kitchen and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. It's on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and the living-in kitchen that is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Together with the other four apartments of the holiday home 'La Corte di Zizi', it overlooks the private courtyard, ideal for indulging in a moment of relaxation, having breakfast or dining al fresco. The different types of apartments and their location within a single complex make 'La Corte di Zizi' an holiday home suitable for the short stay of a couple, the extended stay of a large family, or a group of friends who wish to share common spaces without sacrificing privacy. Guest access The 'Lario,' located on the first floor, directly overlooks the private courtyard available to guests who wish to enjoy a moment of relaxation or dine outdoors. Ornamental plants and aromatic herbs, which can be used for cooking, make the courtyard a private, pleasant and fragrant corner. Other things to note Tourist tax: €3.00/night, from April 1 to December 31, for those over 14 years of age, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Warning: it may vary based on the decisions of the municipality. Children: A child up to two years of age is accommodated free of charge; a cot and high chair are provided upon request at a cost of €15.00/stay. Pets: your pets are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved and small. We ask for a supplement of €15.00/stay. Cars: the vacation home is located in a pedestrian area, but our guests are allowed to reach it by car to unload and load luggage. Parking: You can book a reserved parking space (€9.00/day) or (if available) a garage (€15.00/day-medium car) 5 minutes' walk from the vacation home. Free and paid public parking spaces (credit card accepted) from 200 to 700 meters from the holiday home. 2 'vintage' bicycles available to guests. In the courtyard there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments; it is allowed in the courtyard. The Municipality of Cernobbio imposes separate waste collection: we have prepared the appropriate containers inside the apartments and in the laundry room; we ask our kind customers to help us respect the environment.
