The three-room apartment ‘Lario’ is located in an ancient private court in the historical centre of Cernobbio, near Villa Erba and Villa d’Este, close to Como and Switzerland. Renovated, fully furbished and equipped with air conditioning system, it is the perfect choice for long stays and families, even large ones and friends. Cafès, restaurants, shops, markets, playgrounds and a swimming pool can be found near the court. The space The three-room apartment ‘Lario’ is equipped with Air conditioning, kitchen and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. It's on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and the living-in kitchen that is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Together with the other four apartments of the holiday home 'La Corte di Zizi', it overlooks the private courtyard, ideal for indulging in a moment of relaxation, having breakfast or dining al fresco. The different types of apartments and their location within a single complex make 'La Corte di Zizi' an holiday home suitable for the short stay of a couple, the extended stay of a large family, or a group of friends who wish to share common spaces without sacrificing privacy. Guest access The three-room apartment ‘Lario’, on the first floor, overlooks the private courtyard, where our guests can relax, enjoy breakfast or dine outdoor: the ornamental plants and herbs, which can be used for cooking, make the court an intimate, delightful and fragrant corner. Other things to note Tourist tax: €3,00 per person (older than 14)/night, from April 1st to Dcember 31th, for a maximum of 7 nights in a row. Please note that it may vary according to the decisions of the municipality. Children: one child up to 2 years old is hosted for free; crib and high chair are available on demand at the cost of €15,00/stay. Pets: your pets are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and small in size: please report their presence at the time of booking. We ask an extra cost €15,00/stay. Car: the holiday house is located in a pedestrian area; guests are allowed to reach it by car when loading or unloading luggage. Parking: 1 reserved parking spot 5 minutes walk from the holiday home available on request for €9,00 per day; depending on the availability, 1 garage 5 minutes walk from the holiday home for €15,00 per day (medium size car); free and “Pay and display” (credit card accepted) may be find 200 to 700 meters far from holiday home. 2 'vintage' bikes available on request. Washing machine and dryer available in common laundry room. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartments; it is possible to do so in the courtyard.
