Charming 1920s bungalow in Brookland, DC's "small town in the city" and one of it's most sought after neighborhoods. You will feel instantly welcome in this diverse and friendly community, where folks greet you from their front porch or while walking their dog. Whether you are a tourist, visiting student/professional at one of the nearby universities/hospitals or visiting friends/family in the neighborhood, you will find all of the comforts of home, as well as easy access to popular DC sites. The space Styled in a cottage/farmhouse/boho fashion, my bungalow was originally built in the 1920s. The interior of my charming 3BR, 2BA home has been lovingly restored. Female guests only (and female presenting). Sorry, no exceptions. BEDROOM & BATHS The charming guest bedroom has 2 plush twin beds and a computer workspace. My house has one restored bathroom that will be shared with me. You can expect clean towels and sheets for up to 2 guests. KITCHEN The cozy kitchen is shared and fully stocked with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. You can expect place settings, mixing bowls, pots & pans, as well as condiments & spices. LIVING SPACE The main living room is my private space. ADDITIONAL Parking - Parking for one car may be available in the driveway. Parking on the street in front of the house is 2-hour max during the week, unlimited on the weekend. Additional street parking one block away during the week. Guest access You will have access to the private guest room, as well as shared access to the kitchen and bathroom. Access to the house will be provided by me. During your stay I work from home most of the time. I am available in person or by text for questions anytime.
