Self check-in is provided via smart lock, allowing flexible arrival at any time after check-in. Your personalized access code and arrival instructions will be sent prior to your stay. The driveway accommodates up to two vehicles, and free street parking is also available nearby. All indoor living spaces, bedrooms, game room, and backyard areas shown in the listing photos are available for guest use. A small number of owner storage closets may remain locked. Quiet Hours: The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. Family & Pet Friendly: Families are welcome, and the home includes a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and children’s books and toys. Pets are allowed with prior approval — please clean up after pets and help us keep the home in great condition.
