This is a private timeshare. It offers a 1 bedroom villa (king) with a sleeper sofa in living room, 1 full btrm, a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Huge lazy river for relaxing, private pool for adults, swim up bar and a kids pool. Free activities and kids groups through the day. Luxury fitness center (locker room, showers, steam room & sauna), tennis crts, basket crt, sand volleyball, putting greens & shuffle board. There are 2 restaurants within the resort & 8 restaurants in walking distance. Guest access You will have full access to the private Marriot Resort. This is a timeshare week so I do not have any info on the floor level until close to the trip. It will be an Ocean view in a 1 King bedroom villa with a full kitchen, living area and sleeper sofa. It will also have a walk out balcony.
