Guest access The building is at street level and the apartment is on the third floor, which has a balcony. When you leave the apartment and go up to the fourth floor, you will find the terrace, which is a common area. Other things to note Laundry facilities are off limits for guest use, but can be coordinated with the housekeeper ($). For longer stays, the room will be cleaned once a week, with fresh linens and towels.
