TVs in living room, master and second bedroom for everyone to be able to watch what they want! Full laundry room with washer and dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, open living area, kitchen, dining room, and mudroom. Large yard. No garage access. Outbuildings are not part of this rental and will be locked. Crawl space is off limits to guests. There is a closet off the kitchen that is locked and used for storage, also not part of the rental. Other things to note High speed Starlink internet. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for guest use. For any special pet requests please reach out. Enough firewood is provided for one masonry heater fire per day and up to two per day is temperature dependent. Using heater is optional, not necessary. Thermostats do have an upper temperature limit set to 74 degrees F.
