Telescopic ladder is not recommended for those with physical limitations and no young children permitted due to potential danger of low guard rail. Enormous yard is communal with second cabin. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the home. The yard is communal with 2nd cabin on the property. We keep the garage locked. No valuables, just our private items. Plenty of parking right outside the gate on our private street. We live 20 mins away if you have an emergency. Please call us asap. ATT internet but cell reception is spotty so we always log phones onto internet. Warning: Dirt road and a few steps. Be careful. Other things to note This is the country. Please keep doors or screen shut at all times. Critters like mice, squirrels, spiders, bugs and snakes can enter home if left open. Feel free to use anything in home while on vacation but leave any extras for next guests. We welcome leaving any items you don't want to take like unopened food and drinks. - water bottles, coffee & tea provided - Linens, towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided - Firepit is provided for you & seats around the campfire (wood fires only permitted in designated fire pits and not allowed during high fire danger times!!) - First Aid Kit - Full Kitchen & all basics Staying in a communal property. Two separate homes but exterior is communal. - No loud music is allowed; quiet 9pm-8am - Fires only in designated pit - Pets are allowed with prior approval & deposit - smoking will be minimum $500 fine (as needed for cleaning)
