Tesla EV Charger, 2 KING BEDs, 3 minute to UCR

Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Riverside, this house is just a 3 minute drive to UC Riverside and Canyon Crest Towne Centre where you will find Starbucks, more than 10 Restaurants, Supermarket and more. Downtown Riverside, & historical Mission is 8-minute drive away. We are located within 70 minutes from Santa Monica, Beaches, Hollywood, downtown LA, Big Bear Lake, Disneyland, and many more. The space - Safe Neighborhood - One Story House - Garage Parking Available - 4 Bedrooms: 2 King Beds, 2 Queen Bed, 1 Twin XL - 2 Bathrooms - Low step. No Tub. - Free EV Charger / Free Tesla Charger between 9am to 4pm - Pool (Does not have heater in pool) We do not have a hot tub. - Free Wifi - Central AC and Heater - Full Kitchen: Coffee Maker, French Press, and Keurig. Guest access Guests has access to the entire property including the house and garage. Other things to note - Safe neighborhood: As you arrive, your group will appreciate the peaceful neighborhood of Canyon Crest, ranked one of the safest neighborhoods in Riverside. - One story house: When traveling with little kids or elderly, you will feel relieved to have a ONE-STORY HOUSE. Just one step to get into the house. There is a low step shower with grab bars all designed with safety in mind. And the removable shower heads making shower kids way easier as well. Keep in mind, there are steps outside the property, but there are ways to avoid using stairs for elderly. Please email hosts for details. - Garage Parking: Your car (1-2 cars) will also thank you for being able to park right inside the detached garage for its shade and safety. And 2 cars can also park on the drive way. Use hand break due to drive way is not flat. - Entertainment: a large Hammock to suntan in the morning, or take a lazy nap in the late afternoon, inside the house, 1-2 people can battle on the Marvel vs Capcom Fun Arcade X-Men 97” edition 8 Games in 1, while the others can play board games, Mini Pool, or even show off their electric Piano skill. ▪ Pool: There is only a Pool right now. There is no Hot tub. The Pool does not have a Pool Heater. There is no pool fence, 100% adult supervision required if you have children. As of August 2025, we no longer provide pool floaties to guests. Guests can purchase their own and ship to the house or bring pool floats. ▪ Rooms: There are 4 bedrooms. Two of the Bedrooms have KING SIZED Beds. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a Twin XL Bed. The last bedroom has a Queen Bed. Please do not use the fireplace in the house. ▪ Mattress: All King Mattresses and Queen Mattresses are Medium Firm Memory foam great for support. The Twin XL Bed is a Medium HYBRID Bed (Top memory foam Bottom is Spring). ▪ Pillows: All rooms come with a variety of Pillow thickness: Low Profile Pillow, shredded memory foam pillow, thicker fuller performance pillow, etc. ▪ Work Area: Every bedroom has a desk and a chair. High speed internet 500 Mbps Wifi is provided. ▪ Iron and Iron board is provided. ▪ The space: The house is 1750 square feet. The kitchen, living room, dining room are open floor plan. There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 55” TV in the Master Bedroom. TV is only available in 1 of the 4 bedrooms. ▪ Entertainment: The Pool Table is a Mini-size. It is not a full size pool table. It can be fun for kids and adults alike. ▪ Kitchen supplies: There is a Stove, Range Hood, Oven, Fridge, and a Microwave. The fridge does not make water or ice. But we have a Brita Water Filter inside the fridge. There are Pots, Pans, Stovetop kettle, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and different seasoning. If there is something missing or ran out, the grocery store Ralphs is 0.7 mile away. Super convenient. ▪ Coffee: We have a Drip Coffee Maker, French Press, and ground coffee. Keurig coffee maker and Keurig Pods. ▪ Little Kids Supplies: 1 High Chair in the house, 2 stepping stools, 1 baby bathtub. 1 Pack N’ Play. There is no full size crib. 1 Stroller. Guests are responsible to inspect each item prior to use. Child should never be left unattended in high chair, stroller, Pack N Play etc. ▪ AC: Central AC and heater is available. Control panel is in the hall way. ▪ BBQ: We currently have a portable Charcoal Grill. We don’t have a gas grill. Charcoal is not provided by hosts, but there maybe charcoal available from previous guests. Charcoal can be purchased at the nearby supermarkets. Our do not clean or maintain the outdoor BBQ. Guests need to treat it like a BBQ grill in the park and clean before each use yourself. And clean after you use it. ▪ No Parties: The house is in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to other people’s homes. So again, no parties. no loud music or loud noises. Property has sound and video recording in the front of the house and in the front of the garage. ▪Dog Fee $100 per Stay for the first Pet dog. $100 for the 2nd pet dog. Airbnb only charges 1 dog fee automatically when adding pets in reservation. Guest must contact host to request payment link for additional dog 2. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized/ undisclosed animal could be charged at $200 per stay penalty per animal. Please bring your own dog bedding and doggie bags to pick up after them. Please do not use human towels for dogs. No animal bedding allowed in the washer or dryer. ▪ EV Charger: We provide a Tesla Universal EV Charger for your convenience inside the garage. Charging hours are before 4pm and after 9pm. We currently provide free charging, but you can only charge during 19 out of the 24 hours. ▪If any non essential items is broken, please contact host right away. Host will try best to repair and accommodate. No refund will be given if non essential item is broken in the house. These include Mini pool table, Electric piano, Arcade, etc.
