Pool and jacuzzi heating up to 80 degrees is an additional $100 per day. If there is excessive use and the electricity / gas bill(s) exceeds this amount for the day, an additional charge will be charged plus an administrative fee of $25. Other things to note Smoking or use of substances on the property is strictly prohibited and will be fined $1000. This includes inside and outside. The electricity and gas bills are capped at $100 per month each and excessive use of utilities will be billed to the guest. The cost to charge EVs is $125 per month per EV. If actuals are more than this, the guest will owe the balance. The backyard is tropical with fruit trees and therefore may have wildlife and bugs. No refunds or reimbursements will be due to the guests due to mother nature and its creatures.
