Please understand. - There are stairs to the elevator(about 10 steps). Alternatively, you can use a car lift connected to the basement floor to avoid stairs. - Car lift parking is available for c-segment vehicles only. Please inform me in advance when making a reservation. - Open-air parking is available for free (3 spots). However, as it is first come, first served, I cannot guarantee a spot. Guests have parked without any issues so far. - Please inform me in advance if you plan to park when making a reservation. - During the winter season, the maximum indoor heating temperature is limited to 24 degrees Celsius.
