The space Cottage Description This European-inspired cottage offers three spacious, bright, and comfortable bedrooms. The façade features two gables and a large patio that receives abundant sunlight during winter days and overlooks a terraced lawn bordered with flowering plants. Layout & Living Areas The ground floor comprises a living room, drawing room, and an occasional dining area. It also includes one bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a large, fully functional kitchen. The first floor houses the remaining two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, along with a dedicated study area. Kitchen Facilities The kitchen is equipped with complete cooking and dining utensils, dining table , a refrigerator, microwave oven, Kent RO–UV water purifier with 10-litre storage, a four-burner gas stove, an electric kettle, and a sink with hot and cold running water. Bedrooms & Heating All bedrooms are fitted with electric blankets, room heaters/air-conditioners, and hot water bottles as required. A gas-fired heater is available to provide warmth during extended periods of power outage. Power Supply & Backup The cottage is equipped with an inverter that powers essential lighting (one bulb per usable area) and Wi-Fi during power failures. Extension cords and inverter-supported plug points are available for charging mobile devices. For emergencies, a 2.5 kW petrol generator is installed to power the complete lighting system during prolonged line failures. Additionally, a manual step-up transformer is provided to stabilize voltage and ensure adequate power for heating appliances. This must be used strictly as per on-site guidance. Water Supply The property has large overhead water tanks ensuring a continuous 24×7 water supply for all household use. All wet points are fitted with five-star-rated geysers that retain heat for extended periods, even during complete power failure. Bathrooms have hot and cold running water. On the first floor, where water pressure may be lower, a pressure pump is installed to maintain optimal shower performance. Hot water bottles are available in the kitchen for instant warmth. An electric kettle is also provided for guests who prefer warm drinking water. Drinking Water A Kent RO purifier with 10-litre storage meets all drinking water requirements. Sewerage System (Important Advisory) The cottage uses a captive, natural waste disposal system. Guests are strictly requested not to dispose of any solid waste or soap water into the toilet bowls, as this may damage the system. Access & Privacy Serenade is a standalone cottage reserved exclusively for guests. Keys to the main gate and the cottage are handed over at check-in, allowing guests to enter and exit at their convenience. The owner resides in a separate cottage within the same 1.2-acre property. Recreation: Table Tennis & Gym Access to the table tennis and gym room is available on request during designated hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Guests are expected to adhere to usage rules and return all equipment in the condition received. Any loss or damage, including accidental, will be the guest’s responsibility. Guest access The guests have access to the entire cottage including Drawing room, Living room, Kitchen, workdesk , gym /games room, Verandah's , Garden, and orchards. Other things to note The place is ideal to recline away from crowd at the end of the day. Local transport & captive vehicles operate on a daily basis normally from the location. The property is away from the noise and traffic of the city.
