Pretty attic apartment only 5 to 10 minutes by car or a leisurely walk of approx. 40 minutes on the Lech along the old town. New building with a cozy atmosphere. Completely ecological building materials (clay, wood, hemp and lime) ensure an optimal indoor climate. Bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is additional space for one to two beds. Large bathroom and large kitchen. Bright rooms through floor-to-ceiling windows. Outdoor terrace overlooking the countryside. Traffic-calming and close to nature. The space Clean rooms with lots of wood. Guest access Private access to the apartment via the staircase. Other things to note The apartment is located on the top floor. We live with our 2 children, a dear dog and 2 cats on the ground floor. In front of the house, 9 wonderful chickens live in their enclosure.
