(Gate & room have the same code) **I will send the code once the current guest checked out and the code has been generated and validated on the day of your booking date. *INSIDE the room we have utensils provided to you for eating, except for E. stove and rice cooker (Small fee applies if you want to rent it). *if you lost ANY the provided utensils we charge a fee. *Feel free to go up on the roofdeck and balcony. Just be mindful to clean and go Guest access Our guests have access on our shared area which are the balcony and the roof deck. They can have a relaxing moment here in the center of the city. You can reach me through airbnb app from 8am to 8pm. If you message pass the time frame do not worry I will still reply as soon as I see your messages *CODE is ONLY for you and your 1 additional guest. *NO UNAUTHORIZED guest ALLOWED. Other things to note *Since we have a cheap rate for our rooms, we provide kitchenware with a small fee. So kindly please be familiar with it before booking our place. *In the building we have long term tenants that are living with us, PLEASE DO NOT use their belongings (Ex. Umberalla, etc.) KINDLY PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO OTHERs. * NO Unwelcome guest or pet, we charge same as breaking our house rules. (please ask first) *NO over staying to your said check-out time. (Penalty P3,000) *If you bring appliances like tv, etc we add P200/day and per appliance *Regarding parking, we ONLY have parking space for motorcycle (two wheels) inside the building. Please message first because we have more than 2 rooms in the building .So other guests might already reserve the parking (Please leave it unlocked). *ONLY means: No parking for 4 wheels (Towing Zone) *We allow early check-in with a fee of 100/hr and if we do not have current guest. (kindly message first). *Since we have a self check-in procedure once confirmed booking we need to ask for some Identification from you and your plus one. NO OVERSTAYING!
