Guest access As a guest at Colby Lake Place, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire first floor of the home, including four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a backyard deck. The shared parking pad can accommodate four cars, and extra street parking is also available. *Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the 1st floor of the home (4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and the backyard and deck overlooking Colby Lake). Our focus is your privacy while renting Colby Lake Place. *Separate Private Suite: The home's lower level (basement) includes a separate private Suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; its separate entry ensures your complete privacy. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Suite, patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private Suite anytime. We prioritize our Guests' privacy. Other things to note Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. We offer this "value-added service" to ensure you're only charged for the actual number of guests rather than a flat rate for the entire home. This rate structure is designed to provide savings and flexibility to our guests when the number of people changes or when smaller groups would like to stay with us. Should the number change after making a reservation, let us know, and we will adjust the rate accordingly.
