A sleek white kitchen provides opportunity to cook and prepare meals. There are six gorgeous bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. On the ground floor there is a bunk room and double room with a family shower room. On the first floor two bedrooms are en-suite, one with roll top bath and they all have sea views. There is plenty of space outside for children to play and adults to relax in the sunshine on the patio or the deck. The seaward side of the town, ‘the Den’, has Georgian buildings, an area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a lighthouse. The opposite side holds fishing boats and beach huts, plus views of Shaldon and Dartmoor. Teignmouth hosts folk and jazz festivals each year, the town and Shaldon hold carnivals and regattas. Close to Teignmouth is the Dartmoor National Park, the city of Exeter, plus the nearby harbour towns are worth exploring.
