Downstairs offers a space for fun, a working room with office desk and chair, a family or living room, a laundry room, a full bathroom, and even bedroom with sofa bed! The driveway is huge and can hold up more than 6 cars. Guest access The whole house is yours except 2 closets upstairs and HVAC room downstairs, which are locked. Other things to note Enjoy complimentary water, soda, coffee, and tea on us! Please know that we have pest control service every quarter and as needed. However, nature calls as this part of Georgia has subtropical climates. Bugs and spiders are common in this area. We are doing everything to keep them out but nature wins!
