THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This chic bedroom on the first floor comes in neutral tones along with a balcony offering a view of the river. This bedroom is adorned with a wardrobe, cabinets and seating arrangements for 2 people by the wide window. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This chic bedroom on the first floor comes in neutral tones along with an attic bunk extra bed and a view of the river. This bedroom is adorned with a wardrobe, cabinets and seating arrangements for 3 people by the wide window. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. A bathtub is offered in one of the ensure bathrooms, present on the ground floor. LIVING ROOM The living is stylishly furnished with an AC and music system for entertainment. This area has sofa and sofa seats that can fit up to 10-15 people at one go. DINING AREA The dining room will mesmerise you with its decor and view of the lawn and mountains It is equipped with an AC along with seating arrangements for up to 11-12 people. KITCHEN - Guests cannot use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave refrigerator and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available. TV ROOM This recreational room is on the first floor to enjoy flicks and recordings of the trip with friends and family. This room is equipped with a TV, AC, Music system and seating arrangements for up to 15 people. LAWN AND PATIO The captivating front lawn with a view of the mountains is the ideal space to host picnics and events. This lawn sprawls up to 400 sq ft and has seating arrangements for 12 people The patio faces the lawn and comes with a lawn swing which makes a comfortable nook for reading. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. The guests have access to their respective booked 2 rooms and common areas. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property throughout your stay to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at on an A La Carte basis. - BBQ for up to 10 guests, including food, available at an additional cost. Up to two additional guests can be added, subject to an extra charge. - Personal chefs can access the kitchen at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be availed at an extra cost of Rs 2000 per session. - Al Fresco dining at ₹5,000 for 10 guests, including food. Add up to 2 more guests at ₹500 each. - We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs 1000 for stay, meals will be extra. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
