Wonderland Ridge is a cozy, compact 240 sq ft apartment nestled on a steep hilltop. You will sleep soundly on one Queen firm mattress. The living room hosts a plush sofa and kitchenette with mid-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 2-burner cook-top. The apartment includes a small bathroom with shower and tub, and an adjacent laundry room. ** Please note that this listing is accessed by a steep driveway. ** Guest access •You will have private access to your entire apartment as well as your adjacent outdoor patio. The laundry room, yard spaces, and hiking trail will be all yours. Full privacy and peace. •Just above the house is a hiking trail! The total length is about .25 miles and in the process of completion. Follow the steep hill beside the patio up into the woods and follow the series of switchbacks up to the top for a rockin' view. Keep a look out for the knick-knacks we hid :) Dogs will love it! Other things to note • Steep Driveway • Please note that the driveway in is about 1/4 mile of steep paved driveway. AWD or 4X4 is best, however a Prius or similar vehicle will make it up the drive. By booking this B&B you confirm that you have been informed of the steepness of the paved driveway. • Casual Cabin Vibes • While the unit itself is very clean, you may notice the occasional bug or pet hair. We hope this adds to the worry-free vibe of the space. The surrounding mountains and woods provide a peaceful place to kick back and enjoy a fire or stroll through the woods • Two Pets Maximum • We permit up to two well behaved pets with no deposit. To include pets in your booking, please message us with photos of your pets along with their name, age, breed, and weight. We only permit pets whose vaccinations, flea & tick treatments are current. If you have an additional pet please message us to inquire about making a refundable deposit. • Parking • One outdoor paved parking space is available for 1 vehicle total. Additional vehicles are not permitted due to the limited parking area in front of the main home. • No Smoking/Vaping, No Flushing Objects Please • We do not allow smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Please do not flush anything other than TP (this includes “flush-able” items) as this can damage our septic system. Evidence of smoking and/or plumbing damage will result in additional fees. • Kick Back & Relax • This is our personal home and we had so much fun setting it up for you! Please know that your hosts will not be worried about the occasional scratch or small dent.
