Create unforgettable memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation located in the new Cabo Marino development within the El Ancla subdivision in the Riviera Veracruzana. Enjoy great privacy in this brand new apartment, steps from virtually empty beaches. The apartment has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We are on the third floor, the building has an elevator. You have parking for one vehicle only. The space The apartment is located on the third floor with views of the ocean and the future Marina from its small terrace. It is a brand-new building ready to be occupied. It has a kitchen equipped with basic kitchenware such as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, as well as a microwave and coffee maker. It has a living and dining room with access to the terrace. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. We temporarily do not have blinds, but we will have them soon. The pool is closed every Monday from 6 A.M. to 12 P.M. for maintenance. Guest access Guests will have use of the apartment, pool area and parking. The use of private rooms or other areas is not allowed at this time Other things to note Photographs of IDs of all guests of legal age must be provided and registered at Reception. The pool water is cleaned and treated on random days and without prior notice, depending on whether the service is required, so we do not make refunds or discounts in case it has been touched during your stay.
