The house is less than 500m from the beach, ensuring a leisurely stroll to the sun and sand. The space The house has been newly built in 2023 and is surrounded by stylish gardens. Your space includes front verge parking, private side access, private Mediterranean styled alfresco with outdoor kitchen, breakfast bar, daybed and swinging chair. Inside you will find your own lounge room including smart TV with Netflix etc. The kitchenette is equipped with induction stove top, toasted sandwich maker, kettle, toaster and all you need to make a meal if you decided to have a night in. In addition there is a large private storeroom to keep luggage or essentials. The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with sliding door to alfresco. Large ensuite with bathrobes, double size shower and Aesop soap/shampoo/conditioner. For your leisure provided are snorkel and goggles to explore the sea at the end of the street with beach umbrella and beach towels. Washing machine available on request.
