This 1930’s apartment is located in a spacious and green street, between the centers of Rotterdam and Schiedam. Decorated with vintage objects and color it has plenty of space with its spacious bedroom and separate living and dining room. The west of Rotterdam is a calm area, close to the city center of Rotterdam and Schiedam. The tram and metro are at walking distance for a visit to the center, the central station or with 30 minutes directly to the beach. The space The apartment is has a spacious bedroom with double bed (bed 180x200), living room (20m2), dining room (20m2), 2 toilets, bathroom with a shower and sink, and a kitchen. It is my personal living space that I only very sparingly rent out when I am on a trip. Do expect some of my personal items to be around. I am looking for people who can treat the space with respect and care. The Franselaan is the main street in the neighborhood with a supermarket and snackbars. The center of Rotterdam and the central station can be reached via tram (2 minutes walk) or metro (13 min walk). The historic center of Schiedam with restaurants, museums, shops and canal-walks is nearby (20 min walk or shorter tram) . Guest access You will have a spacious living room and a dining room (2nd floor), a small kitchen with amenities like a dishwasher and oven (2nd floor), two toilets (2nd and 4th floor), one bathroom with shower (4th floor), one big bedroom (4th floor). Other things to note If you are unfamiliar with older dutch houses, but have seen some pictures of the skinny ones next to the canals: what they all have in common is narrow and steep stairs! Expect some in my apartment. The dining room and kitchen are on the 2nd floor and the bedroom, toilet and shower on the 4th. Please note there is no elevator. Also note I do not have a television, but you can ask me for a projector or monitor that can be attached to your own device (HDMI). Please no smoking in my apartment. You can use the balcony.
