Park your car and walk to the charming town of Victor for dinner, groceries, breweries and more. Enjoy views of mountains, sunsets and a scenic backyard pond. Our townhome is newly built and well appointed. Heated garage with room for skis, snowboards and bikes. The space First Floor - spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with large screen TV, half bath and office. The porch overlooks the pond. Second Floor - Main bedroom with king bed, large en suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, plus a balcony overlooking the pond. Two additional bedrooms each with queen beds. Full bath and laundry closet. Additional sleeping spaces - We have 2 queen and 2 twin air mattresses and a pack-and-play portable crib (plus sheets). There is a futon in the office, suitable for children or smaller adults. Other things to note Like many homes in the area, our house does not have AC. We find that in the summer, it works well to open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them (and the blinds) during the day. There are 3 household fans as well.
