Luxury studio stunning view; walk to shop/school

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place - Studio with bedsit. -Queen bed underneath; 1 queen and 1 single on top of bedsit, with sofa bed available in the lounge -Brand New kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, dryer etc -Brand new bathroom with washing machine -Stunning view day and night -7 mins walk (2 mins drive) to Eastlands shopping center with Coles/Woolly/Shops /nice restaurants -2 mins walk to the bus stop -5 mins drive to CBD The space -16 minutes drive to airport -Opposite Charles Hand Park -5 mins walk to Rosny Park Tennis Club -12 mins walk to Montagu bay -3 mins drive (14 mins walk) to Bellerive Beach -3 mins drive (15 mins walk) to Bellerive Yacht Club & Broadwalk -5 mins walk to Rosny college -20 mins walk to Rose bay high school -18 mins walk to Montagu bay primary school Please be noted: even the studio can sleep 5 people, but it is more suitable for one family (parents with 3 kids) or close friends coming together or professional working nearby. For queen bed, it has curtains closing around. So it is totally in privacy space. The 1 queen and 1 single beds on bedsit, needs to go up by ladder. So those are not suitable for too small toddlers. But there are portacot and high chair available in the house for infants. For 5 people, the sofa in the lounge will be set up as one single bed. But when people are less than 5, sofa bed will be only set up with request in advance. Also the bedsit will only set up 1 queen bed permanently. And Salamanca Fresh gourmet supermarket for all the goodies to cook an amazing dinner or those fabulous German pastries for breakfast. Thank you Julie for your hospitality!” Guest access This is a self-contained studio with its own access. The studio is fully self-contained and all yours for the duration of your visit. We generally do not disturb you during your stay, allowing you complete privacy. However, we are just a phone call away if you request anything. Other things to note There are 2 identical studios in this address which sit side by side. Adjoining wall is on kitchen/bathroom side. What you will book is one of them. Another studio is used as the Airbnb also. So please be reasonable quiet when becoming late. We certainly do not want to disturb another side of the guests. For two studios, only sharing place is the parking driveway. For the entire driveway, it can park 5 cars without any problems.
