We pride our vacation rentals with quality not quantity. The bedrooms with queen and kings are single beds in the room. The two bunkbeds are in a room for the kids giving the adults their own space and privacy. The home also provides a large dedicated work space for traveling guests that need to check in with work or homeschooling lessons. The space comfortably fits multiple people. Guest access Entire home excluding the locked closet and garage. There is extra cleaning supplies. Please read pet rules before bringing pets on property. Only two REGISTERED pets on the property. No unregistered pets. The home also includes a level 2 EV Charger Other things to note The Perry Cottage”is located in the original settlement town of Perry, which no longer exists. The original settlers built the original school house on this lot which you can still see the remains of the old foundation. To this day old marbles and pieces of old broken dishes from the late 1800s and early 1900s can be found. The neighbors are the most amazing people. The beautiful horse ranch across the road is the old trading post for “The old town of Perry” amazing history and amazing people! Area: You are 20 minutes outside of Rexburg, Idaho/20 minutes outside of Idaho Falls. You are an hour in half to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and an hour in a half to West Yellowstone, Montana. This home is located in a great diversified spot to see all of the hot tourist attractions the area has to offer. This little beauty is also 15 minutes away from "Yellowstone Bear World" There is also a resort in the canyon located about 13 minutes from the house. "Heise Hot Springs" is a local hangout that has a beautiful pizza parlor, 9 hole golf course, zip lining, hot pool, swimming pools. There is also 7N Ranch located in the canyon that offers a mini golf course. Further up the canyon there is a Ski Resort for winter fun activity. In the summer, a drive through the canyon is absolutely beautiful for a picnic. This little home is close to beautiful hiking trails "CressCreek". Also, the “Perry Cottage” is close to the Ririe Reservoir/Blacktail Reservoir, great for boating, jet skiing, fishing, and ice fishing. We would love to host your stay in our neck of the woods!
