The space This is a cozy house that's absolutely private, on a sleepy Cul de sac, hidden away in a canyon above Beverly Hills. The house is picture perfect, and it's one of the quietest houses in Los Angeles. Usually the only sounds you will hear are owls and the occasional coyote. The deck is very large and the vegetation is gorgeous year round. There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and there is a 3rd bathroom for guests. The house is owned by a photographer/director and it is used for celebrity filming. Almost every celebrity you can think of has shot here. It's appeared in Vogue Magazine, Vanity Fair, GQ to name but a few. The two bedrooms are perfect for two couples, or a couple with a child. There is a separate office space/library. We do not allow parties at this house. Guest access This is a completely private, gated, house. There are 4 parking spaces in the upper parking area. You walk through a second gate to access the courtyard and house. Other things to note As this house is well known in the press, the prices for photography, or filming, are 4000$ per day. All filming is done with a permit. If you are interested in renting the house for photography, please discuss in advance. Otherwise no filming is allowed, and there will be a fine of 5000$ if there is unauthorized and un-permitted filming. If you are thinking of renting it for a content shoot, or other sorts of filming activities, please discuss and ask what is possible.
