Bright and airy house with garden in West Dulwich

The property is located in West Dulwich, with shops around the corner including two cafes, butchers, newsagents, pizza restaurant and a superb Indian restaurant. The Rosendale pub is a three minute walk, with more shops (Tesco, book shop, cafes, chemists) a five minute walk. Belair and Dulwich parks are short walking distances, and lively Herne Hill and Brixton a short train or bus journey away (see getting around for more details on transport links). The space There will be no-one else at the property, giving you access to the double living room/dining area and kitchen downstairs plus one double bedroom available upstairs and bathroom (there is a second double bedroom and a study which are not being rented out but which won't be occupied during your stay) along with a private south facing garden at the back of the property. The kitchen has a double oven, fride/freezer, toaster, dishwasher and quooker tap for instant boiling water plus the usual cooking and eating utensils. Bed sheets and towels will be provided. Key collection will be via a safe box at the property. Other things to note There is a cat who you are asked to feed (see photos). Further details will be given but nothing more is needed than feeding. There is free parking on the road outside the property and usually plenty of space. The property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, with the property not suitable for hen, stag or similar parties. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
