This 5-bedroom villa (sleeps 10) combines luxurious design with exceptional facilities. The lower ground floor includes two bedrooms—one double/twin with kitchenette and one double—each with en-suite shower rooms and WCs, plus two additional shower rooms, an office, gym with sauna, Jacuzzi room, games room with pool table and wine fridge, and a laundry room. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with Smart TV, sound system, and access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, and coffee maker. Also on this level are the master suite and a double/twin bedroom, both with en-suites and outdoor access, plus a guest WC. The first floor offers a further double bedroom with en-suite and balcony. Outside, the villa boasts an 8.75m x 4.95m private pool (heating available except in July and August), ten loungers, electric barbecue, dining area, and a floodlit tennis court with table tennis.
