Guest access Full access to the entire apartment. Garage parking for 1 vehicle in underground secure area. Other things to note The apartment has ground floor access at the rear of a building. The front of the building has retail area below with restaurants and shops. The kitchen cabinetry is unrenovated original conditions but with new appliances (stove, rangehood, fridge and microwave). If you require new kitchen cabinetry, please check my other listings. You may hear street noise due to city location. If you are sensitive to that this may not be suitable for you. There will be no grounds for refund due to street noise. Sydney is subtropical and summer time is insect season. Even though the apartment is treated, insects can fly or run in from outside. This cannot be 100% prevented. If you are sensitive to such this may not be a suitable stay for you. If you observe this occurrence there will be no grounds for complaint or refund. Summer time: there is one portable cooling Airconditioner unit (4.1 kilowatt). the venting of hot air is via the balcony door. There is also a water cooler. Winter time: there is one electric heater.
