The living room, dining and kitchen area have an open floorplan. The large island is perfect for preparing meals and the kitchen is well appointed with all of the necessities for entertainment. (Added bonus that each bedroom has plenty of USB charging plugs for your electronics) The unit overlooks Coffeen Nature Park and Topsail State Park with unparalleled panoramic gulf views! The condo is a short walk to the beach. Tops'l also offers a tram service for a quick ride to the beach. Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you will have access to 500 feet of private beach the Summit heated pool, and the gulf front pool. Also, Tops'l resort offers a beach side restaurant/bar, hot tub, beach chair service and resort security during your stay! Go hiking at the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, tee off at one of the many golf courses in the surrounding area, or spend a day shopping at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), or Destin Commons (seven miles west). Things to Know: No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. There is a maximum of Two (2) vehicles for this unit. Upon completing your booking, you will receive the guest agreement via email directly from All 30A Properties. Confirmation of your booking is contingent upon the receipt and approval of this signed agreement.
