The space Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop, standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, etc. Dining: You'll find a 6-seater dining table along with a high chair for your convenience. Bedding Configuration This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 10 guests: Large Master bedroom: One King bed, en-suite and walk in robe. Bedroom 2: Two king single beds Bedroom 3: One Double bed Bedroom 4: One Double bed Bedroom 5: One Double bed Living Area Open plan living area with a TV with Netflix connectivity. It is perfect for all seasons with ducted heating and split system heating/cooling. Laundry: A functional laundry room with a brand new dryer and a washer. Outdoor Space: Step outside to find a spacious, fenced yard that promises fun and relaxation for all. It's a perfect place for children to play, and for the adults to unwind and soak in the fresh air. Guest access • The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners' workshop. • Free unlimited Wi-Fi • Free guest parking spots (driveway or street parking available) • Modern fully-equipped Kitchen. Other things to note TERMS OF BOOKING 1. We do not accept any parties, celebrations, schoolies or large events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties. 2. Instant booking with no reviews please send request first. 3. No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking. 4. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited after 10.00 pm and before 8.00 am) 5. Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. 6. All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out. 7. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out. 8. Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box. 9. On Sunday night, pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside. 10. To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age requirements for bookings. 11. Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival. 12. Our self-check-in process is made easy using the coded key lock safe located near the front door. The code will be provided to you on check-in date prior to your arrival. 13. Nightly rates quoted are for short stays, special offer rates are available for longer stays by visiting the STAYAU website.
