This large spacious home is very conveniently located in a quiet part of greater London. You can get nearly everywhere in London in under 30 mins as the house is only 4 mins walk from Acton Main Line Station on the Elizabeth Line. Would be perfect for someone travelling for business that needs a quiet but homely base. The space The whole house is 2500 sq ft, so lots of room for people to have their own space. The home is decorated to a high spec. Your bedroom has blackout velux blinds and is dedicated to being rented out, so does not have personal possessions in it. Your bathroom has a bath and a shower. Guest access You have your own private room (with a desk) and own private bathroom down the hallway on the top floor of the house. You also have access to all the communal areas: - main open plan space which contains the kitchen, dining area and seating area with TV - separate living room which also has a mini eavestaff piano - utility room with washer and tumble dryer - downstairs toilet - garden with outside sofas During your stay Always happy to try and help you navigate the wonderful city of London Other things to note This is my home, so note that in the communal areas, there are personal items. I live here with one other permanent housemate called Abigail. She has her own room and en suite but also uses the common areas.
