Guest access "Los Nomadas" Residence is a 30-minute drive from Samana-El Catey International Airport (AZS), 45 minutes from Santa Barbara de Samana and its humpback whales in season (January to March), 2 hours from Santo Domingo - Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) and 4 hours from Punta-Cana International Airport (PUJ). Please let us know your transportation needs before your arrival, for a taxi from the airport (extra cost) or for a vehicle rental in Las Terrenas (scooter, car, buggy), which will be delivered directly to the villa, for your greatest comfort. Other things to note Electricity is not included in the reservation amount and must be paid upon departure. The rent includes daily cleaning service. For stays of more than 3 days, it includes a change of sheets and towels. We ask our guests to respect the neighbors, take care of the facilities and keep the house in order. Additional charges may apply for any property damage, breakage or poor condition of the house upon your departure. Access to the laundry room is reserved for household staff only, it is not possible to carry out washing on site. However, for stays of more than 3 nights, the housekeeper will be responsible for doing your laundry if necessary. In order to be able to enjoy maximum relaxation and for the tranquility of the neighborhood, parties are prohibited and calm must be respected from 11:00 p.m, according to the Residence's internal regulations.
